The attack was defined as “testing the mental control technology on large masses in Catalonia”. The major attacker was named as Haim Sompolinsky, a well-known Israeli neuroscientist. The psychotronic device used was identified as “Pastor”. The news were announced on October 18, on the redadler.wordpress.com blog, which is made “private” ever since, though the news got spread all over Spanish-speaking blogospbere. I have received these sad news from Prof. Pilar Viviente of the Miguel Hernandez University in Spain, also a contributing editor of the Socialist Factor.
It is said that on October 16, a large group of Israeli specialists, guarded by Mossad agents, has landed at the Barcelona El Prat Airport, bringing in with them a psychotronic device still unknown in Spain. The group was headed by Prof. Haim Sompolinsky, and consisted of experts from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Bar-Ilan University, The Edmond and Lily Safra Center for Brain Sciences, and the Sagol School of Neuroscience in Tel Aviv University.
They were all received by Josef David Sánchez-Molina Rubín, Israel’s honorary consul in Barcelona, and by Jordi Turull, a reported Satanist, as a representative of the Generalitat. Without delay, one group of the Israelis was installed in the CTTI (Center of Telecommunications and Information Technologies of the Generalitat).
